About The National Palace Museum of Hong Kong
Located on the western edge of the West Kowloon Cultural District, the National Palace Museum of Hong Kong has nine galleries, with over 900 works of art on display, all of which are gems from the National Palace Museum collection.
Five of the galleries host thematic exhibitions, showcasing fascinating aspects of the Museum’s history and culture through outstanding works from the Museum’s collection. Two other galleries showcase Hong Kong’s art collection and multimedia projects. The last two galleries are devoted to special exhibitions that regularly showcase Chinese art and culture. It takes approximately 22 minutes from Cityview to the National Palace Museum of Hong Kong.

TIPS
The seven-story building offers 7,800 m² of exhibition space in nine galleries. It also includes an auditorium, activity rooms, and other ancillary facilities that provide space for a wide variety of public programs to engage visitors in arts and culture.
