I went to Santouka in Hong Kong.
It is located in I-SQUARE.
This is the first time for me to visit a Japanese ramen restaurant in Hong Kong.
There are many women in the restaurant.
Price.
The price is a little higher than in Japan. The soup can be savored until the very end, the pork is delicious, and the noodles are well seasoned with the soup.
Tips
A wide variety of mini rice dishes are available to be paired with ramen. Tsukemen (dipping noodles) are also available. Recommended for those who want to try “Japanese” ramen, not the Japanese style.
